Successful 03/04 ZX-6 Map download

I should really let Don post this. He did all the hard work on this one. I just did a little file conversion.

The internal map ID string read 21175-001. Usually these are the same as the ECU part numbers so thats what I named it but can not confirm that was the acutal number stamped on the ECU he used.

21175-001.zip

Zip contains the 256k binary and a preliminary IDApro .idc file.

The good news is the map files are configured very much the same as PetriK and Bozo have described in the 32bit 7052 thread which means we can build on their experience fleshing out the maps for the ZX-6

Again, good job Don and everyone else too. I really love the way our combined efforts and experinece are multiplying our effectivness.

If you down loaded the above zip file before I posted this reply then you need to redownload it. My conversion had a slight error that left one additional byte on the end. The above link now has the corrected file.

This is not a big deal for IDA but will screw up enginuity. If your unsure if you have the right file right click it and check properties. It should be 262,144 bytes in length, not 262,145

Sorry for the inconvience

Here is an auto generated Enginuity xml file for the 21175-001.

There are 151 2D maps and 78 3D maps.

zx6_001.zip

As far as I know no one has hacked the 2008 ZX-6 yet. Not much any one here will be able to do for you

May I can help you on this isssue, and in the meantime go a head with our figured out on that ecu, can you at first take few pictures of your ecu, and write here on the board, the ecu sticker numbers, and from which country is your bike/ecu!
We have already read/write 4 differente ecus numbers, and i have already the stock files without the Immo from USA, and it will be great if some one can test it on the EDM, as my guess your ecu can only be : EDM our AUD with IMMO on it

Best regards
