Australian 41g20 with immobiliser successfully flashed with EU 41g00
confirmed with a 5k rpm neutral hardcut

hi all
very intresting forum the amount of data is amazing i have only started reading and i have a qustion
i have 06 europe model gsxr100k6 with 41g60 ecu can i swap ecu's with a 41g00 or 41g10? will my key work?(immobilizer) everything else? i am a little afraid to tamper with my cpu i prefer to buy a second hand and mess with it

Unfortunately with Aus & Euro if you change the ECU you have to change the key! Plenty of people have flashed the K5/K6 ECU with no problems. I have flashed the Aus 41g20 & 41g70 with the same file and had no problems. You can always return it to stock and if you take your time & do plenty of reading  you will be surprised how easy it is to do. The hard part is the tuning! Good lucksmile

Hello everyone!

I already made the interface for my bike when i noticed that my ecu was g50, not g60 as i thought(Damn).


So i understood that the -G00 image doesn't fit with -G50 ECU is that right?


Has everyone made it to EU -G50 ecu yet ?

And whats the difference between those G** numbers?

G50 sort of interchanges with g60, the Aussie ones i flashed are g50,similar differences as between the g00 and g10 including the immobiliser

Maj: Which image did you use on g50 ecu? Did you have a immobilizer?

Is it true that you cannot read bin from the g50 ecu without opening the hole box?
(would be nice to get it for backup...) Or could i get the original from somewhere else?

Hi all. Ive search all over for an bin map file for the 32920-41G50 ECU from EU with the minimum modification for an 05 GSXR 1000 with an micron slip on and a KN filter but is nowhere to be found one and an definition file for 41G50 image in RomRaider and stok image. I know that it's my first post in here but it seems that no one can help me with that and i think that this is the right forum who have capabile persons with the right knowledge that could help me. If someone has something that it may work for me i wold be much appreciative. Sorry for my bad english and i'm waiting an answer from all of you who can help.

would have posted it in here but was not able
I have flashed a g50 ecu using the g00 .bin and g60 xml and had a fully working immobiliser function and everything else functioning as normal that i can tell on 2 bikes

Rudi i have what is freely available here and modified to suit the purpose at the time ,not one with a lot of dyno time , more generic changes for turbo use, 50/50 injectors , hard cut , rpm limit changes , one with FMU and one with secondary(or is it tertiary) system
but did not persist with the 06 stuff for long , now converted to 07
what exactly are you looking for

Hi Guys.

Just a quick stupid question

the tables in the ignition folder, are those values the standard table values programmed into the ECU from the factory?

and does the values represent degrees? i.e. 32.3 value in the table is for 32.3 degrees right?

Rudi i believe that is a base figure in deg and correction factors from coolant sensor etc are applied
