Flashing problem

Last week I was at the track and using a WEGO datalogger to make fuel and timing adjustments . I flashed 5 or 6 times making fuel adjustments and the bike responded very well. Was running 9.70's at the end of the day. My ?? is the last time I tried to flash an error msg came up, Unexpected or missing ECU response during initialization and it would not let me flash. I still ran the bike and it ran great still in the 9.70's.  When I got home tried to flash again and still the same error msg. I also tried another ECU and still the same. With both ecu's the engine runs great.  I checked the engine data screen and all was working good with all sensors showing data. Why wont it let me flash the ecu?  I also tried a full erase and still would not let me do it.

i have had the same issue, and hitting flash a couple of times in a row let it take off, this happened on more than 1 flashing interface so i dont think its a hardware or wiring issue as i tried different harnesses etc as well. What ver of software are you using?

I guess it is only interface issue, try the normal TTL one and done, works for me.

I tried two different interface and they both did the same thing...neither worked with ecu editor but both worked with woolich racing software...even though I could still see engine data in ecu editor.

BTW..this issues only started after we flashed the ecu with woolich racing software...I was only using ecu editior for boost fueling with no problem but decide to try out woolich racing software and now ecu editor doesn't work..and the above error code pops up every time I try to use ecu editior.

Woolich software locks the ecu now, to use ecu editor you need to go to woolich software and erase the ecu, then you can flash in ecu editor again

I suspected something was up, but after trying three different laptops and interface with the same results..i figure It had something to do with me trying out wrt software..
