ER650

Hi all,

currently i have stumbled on a problem i have been producing ER650s making in the region of 100bhp i cant say to much on here but i am building some for a very big race on a certain island. My original bikes used custom programable ecu but rules for this class have just been released stating OEM ecu must be retained I am after some help on increasing stock rpm limit and altering the the IAP map as i have made my own airboxes for these with true ram air and with original ecu i dont think will work correctly offseting the  fueling. Is this likely to be posible on stock ER6 2010 style ecu??

any help here greatly apreiciated i will gladly  supply ecus for doner and share any data i find on setup for future people using ram air( which i can say a moded airbox is to great benefit to performance).

thanks for reading.

cheers

Hi,

I've got a KLE 650 Versys. I'm about to start trying to flash it and I have some questions. Is it possibly to read the ECU without cutting the backside of the ECU?

If its possibly I can read from some KAWA 650 models the ECU and also from zx250.

Could you send me the bin file?

I can help, doing any experiments at that bike.

Woolich Racing have packages, harnesses and bin files available to tune the EX650. Don Guhl you only have our USB (Mitsubishi) interface so you would need to purchase the USB (Denso) to work with these ECU's.
