Just saw this and thought I might post some stuff up as i've been doing this Modification for a while now and are very close to have the bike running.
It won't be super technical but an insight in to the modification and how I have adapted certain components of the Oil Cooled to the system I am installing on to the bike.

Decided to remove any connection with PC3 or similar and hopefully Justin can help me with his products.

Does anybody know of a program or software that is able to remove the need for the secondary throttle plates?
I have to keep the physical bits connected otherwise I get an error code and it will not produce spark.
Is that the case when Twin turbos are fitted?
I suspected it might not be perfect and was going to bottom entry as has been done many times but with entry from both sides i was hoping it would even out !!
yes I had seen the gixxer forum article but from memory it was for a three wire set up not a four wir as the one I am using.

Finally had the engine fire but not whilst starter button isn't held???? Anybody remember the C46 code pin removal?
I've also changed to external fuel pump & Reg which has been a bitch to plumb, bike is tiny and bugger all room!!!
