Transfer your ignition map to the wrt "neutral" map and use unified per gear and per cylinder.

Or leave neutral as it is and unify only Your custom map by copying it by hand to each group.Unifiyng groups will copy neutral map to all groups

When you transfer between software, always double check that the fueling and ignition look reasonable before starting. Even though this is progressing, there are still issues with the software, and the understanding of how the stock ECU is actually operating.

When you say it fails to transfer over, do you mean that it is not in any of the group maps? or that it is not copied over to all the group maps?

There is more i would like to do to make the transition of bin files over easier via way of a initial setup wizard for new bin files to allow you to step through common settings and changes very early on in the process.

I mean it does not copy over same bin file open in ecu editor I can see it then go straight to woolichracing software and don't see it only stock charts there. So I guess for now just copy it manually by hand, and thank you to all that replied.

you dont have to do it cell by cell, press ctrl + A to select all cells, press ctrl + c to copy, press ctrl + v to paste ;)
