Ecu editor Vs Woolich racing bin files!!

Hello world;

I have an issue seems for me weird evileye

I used the both software for bypass some sensors. as attached pic; the file I used is generated by the software's.

ecu editor;; engine run with c42 error and its idle problem. which gave clue about problem issue!!

Woolich racing;; the engine gave check sigin the the fuel pump start to glitch on/off more over while the engine off the rpm was also glitching.

any idea; is there difference between the two builds of the bin file.

the wiring was modified for off road racing. clutch switch is there.

Was there a particular setting in either software that caused the issue? the best way to find out is to systematically change the settings one by one and write the changes to the ECU then test. This should show which setting is causing the problem.

to be honest I tick and un-tick and flash the ECU then switch off then on, and see the result.

my believe that the software can do the requirement at one.

but my question is there a difference in the build bin file?

I center the throttle position switch and lock up the nut. but idle issue still there.

The bin files in both software should be the same.

I would be surprised if it was a faulty ECU. The easiest way to test would be to substitute another known to be good ecu in and see if you still get the error code. Its really a process of elimination with issues like this.
