Does anyone have any information on how to resolve this issue? We had been flashing the ECU successfully with two diffrent PC's.We have been receiving the attached error; "No ACK after writing a block= 0 page = 167. Programming aborted, reset ecu and reprogram" We have done a fullerase, at least thats what it says, but Im not even sure its actually done that becuase it doesnt seem to connect if that makes anysense. We also have tried using a different flasher with no success. The only thing I can figure that makes sense is that we could have experienced a power disruption as the battery was weak and I dont believe we had it on a charger at the time.Im not sure if we damaged the ECU and I need another one but figured I would ask before having to spend $200-300 on another ECU because we cant get this to work.Any help would be much appreciated, thanks in advance!
Hiyou are getting that error message because the flash process cannot complete the write to the page of memory, i have seen this once before when a customer pulled a usb cable mid flash, it could also be caused by losing power mid flash. The ECU can probably be recovered but we would have to cut it open to do this and it is quite involved so there is a cost associated with this service, you can contact us if you would like to discuss, however it would be faster and similar cost to buy a second hand ECU.http://www.woolichracing.com/ContactUs.aspx

For what's it worth: I had an issue with a Gen 1 Busa ECU that would not flash after the USB cable was pulled (customer "dicking" around and tripped over the cable). One weekend I just decided to try and flash it with ECUEditor with the OEM stock bin file and after a few attempts it took the flash. Worked fine after that....
