Have managed to solve the problem without a new definition....if anyone would have the same problem, when you open the file in romraider and do some modification, you must save the file as nothing....(dont save it as bin),than you open that file with tunerpro and save it as bin....write it to k4 ecu and it will work...thanks for help....

Have managed to look at k5 ignition maps, they are pretty much different with my k4, have played around and copied all the ignition maps to my k4...started the bike and it feels like the throttle plays much smoother...but there is a huge difference, somewhere the k5 goes -10 deegres versus my K4?! Could that be a problem?! Will test it on track thes weekend...

Have only done limiter removal and such for regular street-riders on this model.
There can be many reasons to the different mappng between models. Hardware is one of many.

Be careful with fuel/ignition maps, knocking or wrong AFR with high temps WILL blow your engine.
Make sure to use good logging and extra sensors needed for tuning. And read up on how it all works before just copying maps like a madman ;)

Well one map I putted the ignition maps from 33 at the top to almost 40....tested it with the new fuel map on the track and the bike was freaking strong.....at 10.000Rpm second gear, wheelie with no problem at full throttle.....the k5 igniton map is not that freaky different to my k4...so I think...will test it in three days on the track and will try to report it back....hopefully it al goes ok!:>

Do you know if the k5 cams are the same as my k4?! Found some racing cams for a good money!!! And for winter project these year., would like to make a big bore upgrade like the aprillia bikes....If I found bigger pistons which support high compression, like for example KTM ones, then I could make the big bore upgrade for lets say 400....opposite to racing cams which they sold on the internet for 1000.....this would be a cheap upgrade and huge improvement...

THANKS FOR HELP! Still learning.....:>
