I've ported a version of the GSXR 16bit checksum utility to the ZX-12R. This is a good tool for ensuring that the code section of your binary isn't being corrupted by an xml error or editor software bug. I'll also be taking a look at trying to enable the OBD K-Line interface on the ZX-12R B1/B2s. This could open a world of possibilities (such as in-harness reflashing and diagnostics)...
Does anyone have a dump of the BE Flash (bootloader) code from one of these ECUs? You'll probably find the code at $90000-$907FF.
I'd like to have a go at enabling the OBD port so the ecu can be flashed from the wiring harness...
For anyone using a recent version of RomRaider, I created the "RRcheck" utility to check for (and correct) "Static" declaration incompatibilities in XML files that cause the ECU binary file to become corrupted. You can find a copy here:
