gen 1 hyabusa to gen 2 ecu swap with gen 1 motor


i was trying to see if anyone has done this swap and was succesful, i am very mechanicly inclined and also eletronic savy, if anyone has the info to share i would be most greatful

Engine wise, say the water temp sensor had the same part numbers. One down. Connector change to hole diameter, to heating sensor upgrade; is what I'm thinking if no match between gens.
Engine wise, say the gen1 engine bolts are the same lengths and dia, and engine brackets are the same as gen2's part numbers. Two down... (you'd assume).
Engine wise, say the gen2 uses a crank sensor, the gen1 does not. That says: ECU/wire harness comes along with the engine swap. Three's the charm.
