gixx has the ability to "accurately" measure the flow rate on his spray bars....if you have any questions.....he is now a registered member here...or i can provide his pm adresson "both" of the other premier busa sites......
alicat??? maybe i spelled it wrong....??

alright guy's i pm'ed nick....A.K.A gixx1300r or gixx1525r...i asked him if he had flowed his spraybar setup as low as 30 hp and he replied that he has flowed and documeneted it "as " low as 15hp....!...so i think we shoul estabilish a baseline using the same equipment so as the beta testers are testing the rest can follow, and the results and changes will be the same or "comparible"....so what does everyone think........?...heck...why not.....if anyone has anything better let us know....
I Agree 100%! Well I may have a Biased opinion though, thats what I'm currently using as my Set-up. The only thing I think I may change(since Petrik has brought this to our attention about jetting to far away from Solenoid and it causing havoc on Pulsing), is Moving the N2O Jet back to the Noid outlet...instead of it being at the distribution block. What's your thoughts on this Nick?

phil, to me it seems logical...gerg makes it easy for us to be able to flash with his products, petrik with his "genius" software...why not have a nitrous setup that is the same....heck...petrik is wanting results and answers....he would get them faster if everyone was running the same equipment.......and just because everyone i running the "same" stuff does'nt mean the results will be the same....just a solid baseline to work from.............get a lane......

I will "Get a Lane" ..... Sitting here looking at my new MTC multi Stage Lock-up, Billet inner & Outer Hub/basket, N2O is Almost done, my +6" Air Tech Tail section is about a week out(painting it orange...reason for needing the pics....to see if your tail section decals are all black?), gonna stretch it another 2-3" and SLAM ToXSicK on its Nutz!
"NOW BOOT UP...........OR up" (lol)

Got It....Thanks Bro.
I'm gonna try something new this go around.....I too have a Pressure Pro Regulator coming and I;m gonna Regulate it down to 600psi. I got this Idea from "Draco"(another VERY SHARP Dude), and he has had GREAT success in doing it this way. Says the Run stays WAY more constant, and he's laid down some incredible Numbers with his Busa! Cant wait to give this EE2 Nitrous Feature a Go........
I also want to pick up some 2.5lb Bottles, only have the 2lb right now(2 of them). There the same size correct.....except for the length of course??
yes, get to keep from filling them at the track, ....i only have to heat them and rotate them per pass...........keeps me consistient and having to bring so much stuff to the track......i keep them on my turbo diesel ford motor to keep them....in temp.... while making passes......

If you plot out the added hp from NOS vs % additional fuel required you get a chart like below. No idea what happens to the relationship after 65 hp, but up to that its very linear. To me would seem hard to believe that 50% in fuel flow would give us almost another 150 hp, and a 85% increase which is what sounds like might be our injector limit is closer to 250 hp increase
Very Nice Greg. The only thing that has always Baffled me is the Relationship between the Primary to Secondary injectors? Wonder how this all tie's together??? At what RPM exactly do the secondaries Fire, and is it the SAME EVERY time? What Percent do the primaries get knocked down too when the Secondaries come in?? Can we(meaning EE2)over ride all this...Meaning can we change when they come on & off, and control each set(s) of injectors independently??
why would anyone like to ruin the suzuki way of having both injectors on for maximum fuel delivery of the fuel distribution table values are exceeded ?
that just seems to be perfect for both partial and full throttle.

Sorry wasn't Meaning to ruin anything, just was Stating that I was a little confused on how it all worked and if there would be a Possible better/More efficient way of doing things for N2O?? Not suggesting altering anything for the Motor side. Was just some questions and thoughts......
hey greg, nice pic...jtss1.02 .bin what is that.......i have "looked into the "extra" fuel that was available way back in the beginning of 09....I would love to post what i have, i have shared it only a select "few" i do not wany to interrupt what petrik has brought to the table with ee2....

Ok?????? I Take it this some Sort of Secret Intel?? Is this Not ok to be released to the Public on here? I just would like to understand how the Secondaries work in relation to the Primaries? Like Mentioned above, What RPM they come into play, how does this happening effect the primaries(as far as fuel percentages go?
Maybe this isn't the Right thread to get into this?
the screen shot i posted (stole from stocker) shows how they work, you can see up until 5000 RPM no matter what throttle position lower injectors do 100% of the work. At WOT for example, upper injectors start coming in at 5600 RPM, and by redline they are doing 80% of the work, while the lowers are doing 20% of the work. From a fuel table perspecitve you never have to worry about it. You request more fuel, and the ecu will add more to the uppers until they are out of duty cycle, then it will start increasing the lowers.
Thank You GREG So that chart above is showing the Primary injector Percentages...is this correct? IE, @ 12,000RPM's and 63.8TPS the "Primary" injectors are only working @ 40%? So this would mean the Secondaries are @ 60%?

it is the "reationship" between the primary and secondary injectors in relation to rpm/tps in dutycycle........this is what got the idea that started boostfueling.........been doing it since early 09.....

gerg, what is the plot "based" off of, if may ask...??

Now your teasing me... not realy but i could have used the 06 gsxr version of that table 2 days ago, tried running a piggyback on the secondary injectors for a turbo bike... but the bike was well on boost before the secondarys started ,and the primarys would have cycled down too much to be usefull so i ended up fitting a microtech to the secondarys and grounding the original secondary signals through a rf choke and resistor .
Thats the slightly frustrating bit with the gsxr's just seeing what can be done with EE2 , but i'm confident RR will have a great programe when he finishes his
