I have been Really going at it HARD with the Auto Tune this Week and WOW is this thing AMAZING SIR!!!!
I now have (Thanks to the Log Box) 15 Logs of Ride data that I want to "Auto Tune" into my Map. I'm Starting to set up My Target AFR map, and I have a Question, when Creating My "Target AFR" is there anyway to adjust more than One cell at a time?
Another words what I have been having to do is go to each individual cell, click on it, and then physically type in a value (ie. 13.5). This takes quite a Bit of time when going through a Complete Map. Is this just the way it has to be, or Maybe I am doing something incorrect?
Thanks again Justin...... this thing is BAD AZZ BRO!!!
Thanks for the feedback, it works pretty well :) with the target afr map i plan to make this easier to use in v3.0, for now you can adjust a handful of cells, say 9 in a square and copy and paste them into the other map locations to speed up the process.

ctrl + c => copy
ctrl + v => paste
Sounds Great Justin! Thanks for the Tip, That will help speeds things up alot!
Not sure if this is the Correct Place to ask this, But I was wondering how Hard would it be for you to add the Option to log Nitrous? Even just having Data that lets us Know when the Nitrous is "ON" would be a Great Start and Help out when trying to Tune on the Street.
I'm thinking maybe you could add it to the Bottom right hand box that Displays all the other info(IGN, RPM, STP, GEAR, FUEL INJ1, ECT...)? This way when were data logging we can select a cell and see what the AFR is on that Pass/Run and if the Nitrous was on or off at that Particular Point?
Think this Might be Doable, Buddy Ole Pal?
Thanks Justin

The log box works great. I need to get more street time on it. Not a whole lot runing u4.4 in the bike. gets expensive. I can go back and check the data, but can not really use auto tune at the track makeing 1320 passes. Bike spikes lean when useing the air shifter.
Is their a way to delete certain log points? Example: I click on a certain rpm/tps and it gives all the data points. what the a/f is at a given time that it was loged. I know some of the lean points are because of the air shifter, but can not delete them.
For now I use the auto tune on the street. I have a dynojet wide band commander 2 to data log at the track. I use it to manualy tune the bike at the track. Both NA and on the nitrous.
I need to use the auto tune more on the street to get everything less then 100% tuned. Then use the wide band commander to fine tune 100% throttle and nitrous at the track.
i have a WBo2 on each bike , had lc1's but long term have not been very reliable
actually discussed supplying WBo2 units with the manufacturer , and with Justin How much would people want a plug and play wideband ? you would have to remove and repin 1 wire into the new harness plug , and bolt a gnd wire to the battery and on the hardware side either weld on the sensor thread or screw in an an adaptor
I bought a zeitronix ZT-3 it has minimal wiring, but it has a serial connection to it instead of USB and does not come with a display. Also the wire connecting to the sensor is 10' long!!!!
I have looked into this and purchased the mating harness plugs (thans Maj for the help) to build the harness, just havent had the time to push it forward and get it done :) soo much to do sooooo little time.
I was thinking about offering plug and play for a couple of different wideband O2 controllers, i currently use the Zeitronix ZT-3 and it is sooo much better than the Innovate Motorsports LC-1 etc, and as Maj mentioned i would also like to support the WB02 products as well.
The other part of the equation is the adapter which should be pretty straight forward.

By default the auto tune has a filter for lean data points, you can adjust this on the data log viewer page, by clicking the "Data Filters" button, the default value is 17.1 which should work pretty well with your lean data points?

Hi Phil, this should be possible, i will log it as a feature request ;)
After setting in logbox.cfg the dalay to 60 seconds I missed all
the logging. Now I set to 20 and it works again. I'm not 100% the
delay is the root cause, anybody else tried such long delays?
Hi Ballard2, the maximum delay is currently 59 seconds, is there a need to delay for longer than this, best advice is to use the coolant temp in combination with the time delay...

Maybe we can get a group buy for these wb02's especially if you guys are thinking of setting them up as a kit.

Hi, I do not need more than 59 seconds, just the limit should be enforced
otherwise logs are lost silently, about 1 month of logs im my case....
Back on the dyno tonite, noticing a need occasionally to cycle the key and kill switch or i cannot get into program mode when the switch is flipped , red led is active but the ecu does not respond untill its cycled , and key alone does not do it (i may not have given it enough time)
Another thing not log box related is the log screen boost levels, is there a simple way to get them reading real time psi/kpa instead of the whatever number showing now, just done several part throttle runs running a motor in to find the boost has gone to 31 psi , and here i was thinking i will have to tie it down better when i turn the boost up and run it beyond 8500 rpm No ice in the cooler, :( , going to retension the head now , as it spat water last run , damn fuel is locking up the wastegate within a week , second bike this month i have had to over 30 unintentionally

Can you post a link where t purchase? When I google it it seems to give all sorts of different companies.
Grey, So when you say the log screen, do you mean the original engine data screen, or the newer data logging screen that i wrote along with autotune etc?

I will see what i can do :)
Im using the ZT-3 as well, how do I change the voltage parameters on the log box since the stock variable of teh LC-1 are different than the zt-3 (0v=9.6 afr 5v=19.6 afr stock ZT-3)
I know I can change it while logging with the laptop however I havent found a way to change the variables within the log box
You need to set the 0-5v afr values on the Data Logging screen and make sure that wideband o2 is selected. these settings are also used on the original engine data screen.
Maj the way the com port code is written in the current v2.5 on this screen is not the best, i have written a whole library of code for COM ports which allows any com port to be used. This is what is used in v3.0. If you are an administrator you should be able to re-assign the com port to less than 9 for use on the v2.5 engine data screen?
I haven't had an opportunity to use the data logger yet as I have changed exhausts to a Yoshi system S-22R and the LC-1 I haven't had a chance to get my head around the installation of it, plus I haven't been able to get my Nitrous system sorted as been too busy at work!
Finally got around to fitting the LC-1 and although I haven't tested yet the lights are flashing and on as per the manual so must be OK.
Yoshi I have fitted is not S-22R but a S55 which was for a Busa, easy to fit ( will post picks later)
just waiting on my Schnitz racing NOS plate and its all go.

Got a log box and a zt2 installed on a customers land speed bike today, very nice set up.
Got a few questions. What are the values in the fuel column?pulse width? Ever thought of adding vehicle speed and duty cycle instead of the NT? Also any chance the software will have a line style screen option in the future?
If you open it in XL you can do a simple equation using rpm values and gear position (by computing the ratios) to generate the 'speed channel' and graph that along with anything else you want to.

That would be accurate if your clutch was 100% locked up. But output shaft speed would be very useful in setting up a slider or a multi-stage lock-up. Any chance of getting that feature?
Hello, is there a possibility to see the Logfiles from the Logbox in a Graphice mode? Like on diffrent Datarecordings?
You can export the log files to a .csv in ecueditor and then use excel to produce graphs etc, i also plan to develop a graphical log file viewer in the Woolich Racing Tuned software.
i didnt realize it was connected to the ecu on the Gen 2, never really looked at it, there you go learn something new every day :) hmmm maybe able to route it into the engine data packet... i have had the request a few times now.
An easy alternativa could be to input among the settings and retain in the bin file the gearing: front and rear sprocket, tire circumference.
I did it in my version of ecueditor, in order to display linear acceleration in the dragtool settings, but it was never integrated in mainstream code.
Moreover this data is guaranteed to be as correct as the rpm measure, while the speed display varies with gearing changes.

Good point Ballard2, i think guys would like to use the speed setting for determining things like wheel spin etc which would not be picked up by using the RPM and gearing + tyre circumference... maybe a combination of both could be useful?!?!
