after riding it a few times abd logging about 50miles load the bin files and look on the date log screen and it is lean about 15.to15.2 in most areas below 5500rpms not sure if I am doing this right ANYONE?
Yeah I'm the same, not much changing to the way the bike performs prior to or after flashing.
I have gone back to basics and looking for a mechanical problem, perhaps my Schnitz manifold is not sealing correctly!
Wayne if you have any air leaks in the exhaust system before the sensor , like unsealed slip joints or flange leaks , it can influence the readings if it were into the 15 and 16's it woud surge and hesitate
cool I will have to check that I have an angle adapter I am using for the wide band I will check that to good idea, had it at the track sunday and ran a couple 9.8s at 145mph so I would say its close
ok weird thing erased the esu, erased all my map from before, reset my wide band to match the data logger, reflased the ecu witha stock map, pair off and checked wide band, now the bike idles around 12.9 .the weather has droped about 10 deg. but I would not think that has a lot to do with it in the garage.
have you compared maps to see just what the differences were and maybe figure out if it was the maping or just something in the setup of the wideband or exhaust system Adaptor will not change the readings much if at all, unless it was not sealed
ok did some rides and toke my logging and auto tuned my stock map, after auto tuning it,I made it my test map, when I go back in to my test map and open my logs in my test map it still looks like I have to make changes once more.am I missing a step here?
Auto tuning will apply to whatever map is currently open. It is very important to only open logged data in teh map for which it was logged. Open teh latest map first, then open the logged data.
If the logged data was not made with the map that is currently open, the log is invalid as far as auto tuning suggestions.

I have had to tell a couple people this.

Oh make it 237rwhp and 97lbs on E-85 100% stock motor 8lbs of boost. Thanks WIN Racing
ok here is what I did started with stock gen 2 map logged about three days back and forth to work, applied autotune to this map with the logs from these days, renamed this map test map am going to flash withe the test map and ride, after I down load the logs from the 2nd time, I need to rename the map and flash once more

ok flashed my test map with auto tune changes, rode to work feels better, although the temp her in south florida has droped to 55 or so this morning,so will will see when it warms up later, another question, will the wide band sensor change the fueling more than the stock o2 sensor,I know it makes a change on cars

then what you are saying is the map I open to start with is the map I use for the bike once I change the name and start a new map it will not be the same I have to use the same map I started with
Yeah its basically just a matter of making sure that you save the bin file after you have autotuned, and then make sure you open this bin file to apply the changes to ;)
The wideband o2 does not actually affect the tune in real time, it is simply sent out with the other engine data to be logged on the log box. It is only when you open up the logs and apply the changes to a bin file that any fueling changes are made
I recently purchased the log box and I'm having trouble viewing logs. I couldn't view boost in my logs. After further investigation with the issue I realized the problem may be because I was viewing WRL logs in ECU editor and I need to convert WRL to CSV.
When I converted the WRL file to CSV function in ECU editor and tried to view the log I received the following message:
Any suggestions to view WRL in ECU editor so I can see boost?
Thank you men.

I keep getting an Error when I try to read the ECU or write to the ECU. I can use the engine data and thats it. I haven't messed with the Log box in about a year.

Hi, if you are getting this error message it means you have created a new account in WRT. The easiest way to resolve it is to go back to using your original WRT account, please contact us if you need your original WRT account reset or password changed etc.
I purchased on of the first beta log boxes back in 2012, The USB connector broke off on the inside of the box. I have a LC1 wide band installed and want to make sure the new Logbox V2 will work with my LC1. Also can I get a discount? This will be the 4th flashing box I've purchased. On for my Bking, and two for my busa's (08 and 2011).
