K7 GSXR

Hi,

I have a K7 GSXR600, can someone please advise is there is a commercially available interface unit for my model. Seems everything I find is for a >2008 model.

I currently have PCIII, Ignition Module, Quickshifter and TRE. Would be nice to get rid of most of this junk and program the std ECU.

Thanks

YB

OK I am a bit lost here,
So do i simply buy this USB to Serial cable and terminate it as per the drawing with a couple if switches thrown in?
Then download some software??

And is this done inline with the wiring loom or with the ECU disconnected?

Sorry for my ignorance.

It does not matter, but it is easier to develop the ECU.
The software you need is Romraider and FDT Toolkit 4.01.
Important before starting, you need definition, a file and xml.
Since you are the specialists to help determine Twice or carry back.
And connect only when you have the data because the ECU will be deleted!!

OK so

1: what is the definition, i am assuming it is a program to enable the software to talk to the ECU?
3: And what do you mean "twice or cary back"

3: and looking at the photo, i assume you purchased a spare connector so the interface box simply plugs into the existing harness or is that patch lead something you made up also.

Thanks

You can use the ECU as directly connect.Oder you have your harness change.
Romraider is to change the program to the file.
Since you need to but the XML definition.
You might get from Twice or carry.
You can flash the Processed file with the FDT program.
Read the descriptions below GSX-R 1000

See what i mean here Brix, my post would have answered all. But no, you needed to confuse our new user by contradict what i stated.
Then saying exact same thing i posted, by 3 different cryptic posts that are still confusing. You might be posting to someone who never flashed an ECU?
(Take this the right way now man :))

Yoshiboldor, send me an email with your questions and i will clarify it for you.
Much good reading under 600/750 forums as well...

Sorry for OT:

Yeah, tell me. "Which model is at the beginning UP!"?

Dont even care about Kawa yet... Dont got bike nor ecu to test on, though to do a compare with 02H00 to spare you the time since the plugs where the same it looked like in the picture. As explained then, this was an offer to spare you some time since i was working with it at the time.

DONT YOU THINK I COULD DOWNLOAD OR BUY A MANUAL TO GET THE PINOUT IF I NEEDED IT? Stupid ****!

I still do not understand what you have?
Maybe it's the language?
Of course it's the same connector at the ECU'S.
But it has no manual assignment of the FLASHPIN'S.
It took me less than 5 minutes to find them at the ECU.
Without opening it.
