Difference in fuel maps with clutch or out??

Does anyone know if the fuel maps are different with the clutch lever pulled  versus clutch out?

I know in the advance settings you can choose to use the gear maps when the clutch lever is pulled in instead of the nuetral maps.

Reason I ask is I have someone who has a busa motor in a hill climb dirt bike and wants his harness stripped down to bare bones and would like to get rid of the clutch switch and I just know from previous experience (pre flashing days) you can not just tie the wires together.

If you tie the wires just pull the clutch wire from the ecu , gives you starter solenoid function without the ecu knowing

No known change in teh fuel maps. I had the neutral / gear maps option added so I could program antilag in the fuel and ignition maps with the clutch in.

thanks for the info guys. so basicly as long as I check to use the gear maps when clutch lever is pulled in it should be fine or I have the option of pulling the clutch input wire from the ECU?

I think the starter solenoid will be wired on a separate circuit anyhow so it can be wire to the location of their components and/or liking
