Just saw this and thought I might post some stuff up as i've been doing this Modification for a while now and are very close to have the bike running.
It won't be super technical but an insight in to the modification and how I have adapted certain components of the Oil Cooled to the system I am installing on to the bike.
2004 Throttle Bodies off a GSXR1000 have been used as they were relatively close in bore spacing, only the two middle cylinders required a spacer to be fitted and they are installed upside down to how they would have been originally fitted on the Gixxer.
Original Carburettor rubbers have been used although much thought went in to a completely different setup but works quite well.
2004 Electrical Harness off the donor GSXR1000 has been utilised as well as the '04 ECU, I had considered installing '07 ECU and using ECUE but now Justin has capability for '04 I will stay with that for now.
Airbox has been removed because of space issues as you will see with photo's when I get around to uploading them.
Woolich Racing has provided the ability to flash and upload .bin files so as stated before heres hoping the tuneability is there.
I have utilised standard gauges and switchgear.
Standard Fuel Pump fitted in to tank.
One sensor left to complete the Cam pick up sensor and all good to fire up.
I suspected it might not be perfect and was going to bottom entry as has been done many times but with entry from both sides i was hoping it would even out !!
yes I had seen the gixxer forum article but from memory it was for a three wire set up not a four wir as the one I am using.
I might be wrong but I'll check again, Thanks Greg appreciate your comments!

There was a circuit put up on the gixxer forums for an eliminator, i think it was mentioned in Sportbikeriders gen 1 conversion thread
otherwise i have a copy saved here somewhere
Nice work, ... but ... the plenum will not work very well , speaking from experiance, the pressure gradient across the ports when you end feed like that is terrible , car guys that have a similar look are still a greater volume and tapered
better making it bigger filling in the area between what you have and the cases , then feeding the up pipe into the centre near the timing chain tensioner to give more even distribution
if you have seen the busa plenums, make something like that but with the entry point down instead of across the cam cover
