Ecu editor with WR Tuned Software ??

can I use an ecu editor .bin file with all the advanced settings for turbo open it up in WRTuned flash the ecu. Then have another .bin file created through WRTuned to set the limiters and tune the fueling?

Is there anywhere in Romraider or other.  to tune the neutral fuel map. I have larger injectors and right now my neutral map is very fat but when I put it in gear at idle the a/f rises quite a bit...confuse

Yes you should have no issues creating a bin file in ecuedior then opening it in WRT to adjust the fuel and ignition maps etc. There is compatibility to open ecueditor created bin files in WRT, but you can not open WRT created bin files in ecueditor.

Cheers
-Justin.

got that.... what I want to do is flash it with the ecu editor .bin file first (which has the advanced settings (fuel injector compensation,,, etc)..... Then create a NEW WR Tuned bin file (the bin file that ecu editior can't open) and adjust the fuel,  ignition and limiters with the Tuned software ... Will this work without loosing the advanced settings from the first bin file created with ECU editor.

any luck finding the neutral fuel maps? or is the neutral fuel map the same is the idle fuel map... just asking because I'm getting different a/f readings in neutral then when in gear at idle.

No that wont work, create the bin in ecueditor, then make the changes to advanced settings, save the bin file, then open with WRT to make changes. you cant "flash over" a bin file, it erases the existing bin file and writes the new. you can go back and forth between ecueditor and wrt.

There is a fuel map for neutral in WRT and a fuel maps for Gears 1-6. Is this working as expected?

I think the neutral map is working correctly, need more time to flash and tune, It is  winter here no not alot of riding time. I swapped out my s2000 injectors and went to bosch 550 primary injectors, mapping is completely different.  But from initial flash bike started fine. I was getting different a/f readings from neutral to first.

I can no longer unify maps in the Tuned software under the settings menu with a .bin file created with ECU Editor, I have unified all cylinders in ecu editor but when I open the .bin file in WR Tuned the maps are no longer unified and I can not unify them under the settings menu with WR Tuned and the neutral limiter will not stay checked, although the neutral limiter will work when flashed it just will not stay checked. I would rather flash the ECU with WR Tuned software then going back and forth, or should I still flash with FDT with Ecu Editor to keep the limiters working? I like the Neutral limiter in WR Tuned software, so I have been flashing it that way. Much simpler interface to use, as well when flashing.

Hello Justin,
Please tell me if this is normal.
If you just open ignition map, EU 32920-24FGO in Ecueditor
no other changes, save, then open the WRT has a high ignition map changes...

PS. Ecueditor and WRT latest edition

Hi yes this is normal, ecueditor unifies the ignition maps, where WRT gives you access to all of the gear and cylinder maps.
