Dynojet CANBUS hacking

Anyone done it?? I want to read/log info to .csv, .xls or .txt from the canbus on a Power Commander 5 & Autotune. Rather than log to a LCD200 or another datalogger, I'd like to log direct to my PC.

From the info I have managed to gather on google, they use can 2.0b, 29bit identifier, 1MB/s baud rate.

Someone on another forum managed to connect and find these parameter id's;

218109995 = Autotune, ID:201330954 = PC5

They said something about they could read info from the autotune but couldn't get any info out of the PC5. It should be possibly because the LCD200 connects with the can.

Or is there another way that I could just read/log info direct through the USB port?

I have recently been using Hypercam 2 to record the power commander software while riding with a laptop in my backpack.

This works very well for short trips or power runs but I wonder about its accuracy & sample rate on screen.
