What this site is...

I started this site to document our progress on trying to find out every thing there is to know about a Kawasaki ZX-12R ECU. It is a continuation of a thread that I started on another motorcycling site.

This project would never even have got off the ground were it not for the contributions of others. Their continued contributions keep it going and multiply my efforts. I hope those of you who can will continue to contribute to it.

Also those of you who find your way here becasue your trying to start your own motorcycle ECU hacking project and are looking for help are also welcome.

The overall general theme is sharing knowledge on how to maximize the performance of our bikes thru the manipulation, modification, and/or reprogramming of our bikes electrical / computer control systems.

What this site is not...

Let's try to keep things on topic. THIS SITE IS RATED NON-ADULT and I want to keep it a work safe site.

If you want to post adult content, start flame wars over trivial matters, argue politics or religion then take it somewhere else. There are a million boards out there who will be happy to have you.

hello, thank you for starting this site. I have been following petrik's and greg smiths collaberations on ecu hacking. As a vetern wrench i fully appreciate all the hard work that goes into these inovations. I started twisting wrenchs back in 80's to want to go drag racing but soon discoverd iff you did not have alot of money there was no way. I grew up in Indy and you would think information would be easier to come by but you needed an in. After years of tuning/ tweeking cars for budget minded, creative perfomance upgrades i am very exited about all the info available. I am curently building a 2003 busa for street/strip and with all your info and work was able to build a data cable and flash my ecu with win 7. I will post all fuel maps and data for my particular set up at the time. THIS IS SWEET!
